Details:
- Teams will consist of 8 players
- Each team will have one Captain
- The Captain's responsibility is to sign up their team, devise a theme for the team (best theme wins a prize!), and decide who is bringing what food/beverages for the team.
- Cost per table is $100.
- Don’t have a table but want to join the fun? $12.50/person and we will find you a fun gang for the night!

Team provided food: BBQ (Tim: meat, Joe: Appetizers, Chris: Veggies or salad, Bob: Potatoes or pasta dish, Sherri: Cups/Plates/Napkins/Silverware, Everyone: Personal beverages in a small cooler)
We view Trivia Night as a community building event, however, as with all parochial school events, a portion of the event is fundraising. To combine the two, we would like to spotlight businesses owned by school families and parishioners. If you own a business and would like to let your community know, click here or contact Tracey Wasinger at 816-730-7321. This year, the proceeds from this event will fund exterior cameras to improve campus security.
Final Details:
- The night of the event, we will have a staging table for your food (near your table), so that each team may set up their own buffet.
- If you are an excellent chef and want to bring additional food to share with others, feel free!
- Don't forget to assign someone on your team to bring paper plates, plastic ware, and napkins.
- Arrive anytime between 5:30 and 7:00 to set up your team's table/buffet.
- Trivia will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Ten rounds will be played until we crown the Borromeo Academy Trivia Champs!
- Trivia will be hosted by Mr. Quinn Knabe!
- Prizes will be awarded to the teams with the highest scores... and best table decoration/costumes. Drawings for give-away items between rounds, and we will host a fund-a need as a halftime break!
